What is Reiki?

Reiki (Ray-Key) is a channeled energy that comes from Source. It is a warm, loving energy that feels like a hug from the Divine. The provider uses their hands to guide the energy and light to where it is needed the most. The client lies on the Reiki table fully clothed, and gets to just relax and let Reiki do what it needs to do.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is beneficial because it helps to relax the nervous system and calm the mind and body. I have 5 crystal bowls that offer beautiful sounds that vibrate throughout the body. I also use a hand drum as well as chimes. The client lies on the table and is enveloped in sound and love during the session.

What is Kid Reiki?.

Kid Reiki is a special energy that is just for kids and teens. It helps kids learn what Reiki is and how it can help them in this busy, overwhelming world. It is taught as a half day class.
